Damaged or Lost

Damaged Store Orders

If your order arrives damaged please email me at KailaniCreations@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving your order. In your email please supply your order number as well photos of damages. If inventory allows I will gladly ship a replacement. If I cannot supply a replacement I will refund the item amount. Shipping will not be refunded. 

Lost Store Orders

All shipments will have a tracking number. If your package says it has been delivered but you have not received it please allow up to 2-3 business days to pass. Some packages may be scanned as delivered but are not. If 3 days have passed and you still have not received your package you (not me) will have to file a claim with your local post office. I have no power over lost/delivered items. I can only see the tracking just as you do.

Damaged or Lost Commissioned Orders

All commissions are shipped with insurance. A claim will need to be filed by me in order to move forward with any refunds. If your order arrives damaged please email me at KailaniCreations@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving your order. In your email please send photos of damages. I will file a claim. Claims can take up to 4 weeks to process by USPS. Please be patient as I am at the mercy of USPS claims services time frames. Once I receive insurance funds, I will refund the commissioned amount. Shipping will not be refunded.
